TOS + Information

TOSthese terms are subject to change at any time, you must read them over even if you are a returning customer- I have the right to refuse any commission and not need to disclose the reason.
- I will not serve anyone who has acted in the course of any bigoted behaviour, this includes art theft.
- I may cancel any commission for a non disclosed reason. Most of the time it will be personal if this ever happens.
- I won’t change my style or draw realism. If you want a less toony style, find another artist that offers it.- I will ask you to pay the full price after the sketch is completed and you are happy with it. This is the only point you can cancel a commission with no money lost.
- Refunds can only be given before the flat colour stage. At this point you will receive 75% of your fees back.
- Price will be agreed upon before starting the piece, once I am past the lineart phase, there will be no changing it.
- my prices are subject to change, my socials and this website will be updated as regularly as possible.- I own copyright to the art.
- you may not use the art for any AI or NFT purposes.
- you may not use the art for any commercial purposes without alerting me and having a conversation about extra prices and conditions.
- If you post the art anywhere online you must credit me.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece to my socials. If you wish for me not to do so, a privacy fee must be payed- If all commission slots are full, or my commissions are closed, you can ask to be put on the wait list.
- If what you want drawn is not on the “I will draw” list, don’t be afraid to ask. I can always try my best and I may be able to draw your request and it happens to just not be on the list.- Please be patient with me, I may have other commissions to work on before yours. Life also gets in the way, I’m a student and that is my first priority aside from health.
- You may ask for one Wip per day, it may be a written update as I may not have any more progress than I did previously.
- you may ask me to change anything or fix any mistakes made for two months after the commission has been finished.I will draw:Human/humanoid
